Electromechanical Industrialization Engineer [Talent Pool]

Mission


As an Electromechanical Motor Industrialisation Engineer, you will play a key role across the full product lifecycle — from prototype development to industrialization and manufacturing optimization.


This is a hands-on role combining engineering design, lab work, automation, and production support in a fast-paced international scaleup environment.  

Responsibilities


🔬 Prototype Development & Assembly

  • Develop and assemble micromotor prototypes.
  • Participate in custom motor design iterations and motor performance validation.
  • Support testing and motor characterization activities.


🏭 Industrialization - Developing and stabilising production processes

  • Take ownership of manufacturing processes and develop them for mature serial production.
  • Bridging the gap between prototyping and  serial production.
  • Design and improve tooling and fixtures.
  • Define and document assembly processes (work instructions, manuals).
  • Contribute to scaling production capabilities.


Quality & Inspection

  • Perform incoming inspection of mechanical components.
  • Program and operate CMM systems.
  • Participate in supplier qualification and process validation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal requirements.

Profile


Education

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related field.

💼 Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant field (R&D, industrialization, manufacturing, or quality).
  • Experience in precision mechanics or small-scale systems is a strong plus.

🛠️ Technical Skills

  • Excellent knowledge and interest in mechanical design, GD&T,  mechanical components (bearings, machining, 3D printing...) and assembly processes, ideally on precision microsystems.
  • Proficiency with SolidWorks (preffered) or Fusion. Odoo knowledge is a plus.
  • Experienced with Python coding for data analysis and automation or machine programming (Quartis).
  • Good knowledge of metrology principles is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of 3D printing.
  • Skilled or at ease on assembling highly miniaturized devices requiring precision and attention to details.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial constraints.

  • Is solution-oriented with creative problem-solving skills.

🌍 Languages

  • Fluent in English, the official language of the company (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of another language is a plus.
